Hero Notes

Pakistan’s bulk notebook manufacturer, from Urdu Bazar to the whole country — with a quote button where the cart would have been.

Posteroids built Hero Notes, the website for a Lahore bulk notebook manufacturer selling nationwide. It presents six product lines and custom school printing, answers twenty-five buyer questions before they have to be asked, and routes every path on the site into a one-tap WhatsApp quote with the product already attached — because in this market a quote request converts and a shopping cart does not.

The problem

A wholesale manufacturer has the opposite problem to a retailer. Price depends on quantity, on paper stock, on whether the school wants its crest on the cover — so there is no number to put on a product page and no cart to add anything to. Meanwhile the buyer is a school administrator or a stationery wholesaler who wants to know, quickly, whether you can produce ten thousand registers by term start.

The business ran on WhatsApp and phone calls, which worked — for buyers who already knew the name. Everyone else could not find them.

What was built

The Hero Notes homepage: a red hero reading Bulk Paper Products Delivered Across Pakistan over stacked registers.
The homepage says what is sold and where it goes, in one line, above the fold.
A Hero Notes product page showing notebook specifications and a quote request route.
Each product line gets a page that can rank on its own and ends in a quote.

The decision that mattered

The obvious build was a storefront with a cart. It would have been wrong. Wholesale pricing is negotiated, so a fixed price is either a lie or a ceiling — and a Pakistani B2B buyer will message you regardless of what button you show them. Putting the message button where the cart button would have been cost nothing and removed a step that was losing enquiries.

This is the same reasoning applied to every storefront we build: cart or WhatsApp is a market question, not a technical one.

Where it is

Build it for your business

  1. 01

    Brief

You describe what you are building. Fifteen minutes, no deck required.

  2. 02

    Free demo

We build one real page of your actual site and send you the link. Not a mockup, not a Figma file — a working page you can open on your phone. You keep it whether or not you continue.

  3. 03

    Build

Design and build happen in the open on a live URL. You see progress daily and change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

  4. 04

    Launch

Fast, indexed, responsive, on your own domain. Analytics wired, forms tested, nothing left dangling.

  5. 05

    Aftercare

Edits, fixes and new sections on request. We do not disappear after the invoice clears.
