Local Studio Accused Of Making Startups Look Expensive

Founders report a suspicious rise in inbound enquiries. Investors described as “weirdly responsive.” Posteroids denies wrongdoing, offers to build a real page before anyone pays.

Posteroids is a software studio. We build the things a young company would otherwise hire three people for: the product itself, the internal tools nobody sells you off the shelf, and the automations that quietly delete a job somebody currently does by hand every Tuesday.

We also build the website. Something has to tell the world the rest of it exists, and we are good at that too — it is simply no longer the whole business.

The method is unglamorous. You tell us what you are building. We build one real piece of it — not a mockup, not a Figma file with a fake logo — and put it on a link you can send to your mother. If it is bad, you walk away and we have lost an afternoon. If it is good, we build the rest.

We do not sell “brand discovery workshops.” We do not send a 40-page deck. We ship, then we iterate in the open, and you see the thing every single day until it is live.

Clients so far include a tuition platform with a question bank, a paper mill, a third-generation tobacco exporter and a portfolio you can actually play. A strange list. It works.
