What things cost

Published ranges, in three currencies, with the timelines attached. Scope decides where you land inside a range — and scope is a ten-minute conversation, not a paid discovery phase.

Posteroids charges $600–$1,500 for a portfolio site, $1,200–$3,500 for a B2B or company website, $1,500–$4,000 for an e-commerce storefront, $3,000–$12,000 for a web application or MVP, $500–$2,000 for a redesign, and $150 a month for ongoing maintenance. Timelines run one to eight weeks. Projects are quoted in USD and invoiced in USD, GBP or PKR. Nothing is charged before you have seen a free working page of your own site.

Pricing questions

Why publish prices when most agencies do not?
Because the alternative wastes everyone’s time. Hiding the number means several exchanges before either side finds out whether the budget was ever in the same order of magnitude. A published range lets you disqualify Posteroids in ten seconds if it is wrong for you, which is worth more than the negotiating advantage of concealing it.
Is the range the final price?
The range is where projects of that type land; the exact number comes from scope and you get it the same day you ask. It is a fixed project price agreed before work starts, not an hourly rate that drifts.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Projects are quoted as a fixed price for an agreed scope, so you know the number before starting. Ongoing work after launch is the $150 monthly retainer rather than billed hours.
Do you take a deposit?
Payment is staged against delivered work. Critically, the first stage comes after the free demo page — so you have already seen a real, working page of your own site before any money moves.
What if the project grows halfway through?
You get told before it is built, not billed for it after. Genuinely new scope is quoted separately and you decide; ordinary iteration inside the agreed scope is not an extra.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Domain and hosting, which you pay directly to the providers and typically run $10–$30 a month for a website — often less. Maintenance with Posteroids is optional at $150 a month, and if you can make your own edits you will be told you do not need it.
Do you offer discounts for charities or early-stage startups?
Ask. There is no published discount scheme, but the studio is small enough to make its own decisions and interesting work sometimes argues for itself.
