Systems Limited
The oldest and largest of Pakistan’s software firms and a listed company. Enterprise-grade work: cloud, IT consulting, large-scale digital transformation. If your project involves a procurement department, this is the category you are shopping in.
10Pearls
Founded 2004, headquartered in Washington DC with major operations in Karachi. Digital transformation, custom software, mobile and web, UX, DevOps, AI and cybersecurity, across healthcare, fintech and education. The strongest US-facing presence of the three.
Arbisoft
Lahore-based, over 700 employees, with offices in Pakistan, the US and Malaysia. Known for web applications, e-learning platforms and data science work. Well regarded for engineering depth on long-running product teams.

Where they are the wrong choice: a five-page company website or a first product version. You will be their smallest account, the timeline will be measured in months, and the senior people who pitch will not be the people building. That is not a criticism — it is what an organisation of that size is structured to do, and it is the wrong shape for a small job.
Mid-size agencies
Between the enterprise houses and the studios sits a large field of Pakistani agencies of ten to a hundred people — Code District, ZAPTA Technologies, Graphiters and many others that appear across the Clutch, GoodFirms and DesignRush listings.
This tier is the hardest to shop in, because quality varies enormously and the marketing is uniform. Every one of them has a portfolio page and a five-star average. The filters that actually work here are the same everywhere: ask who specifically will write the code, ask to see live client URLs rather than screenshots, and ask for something real before you pay.
Small studios
A studio of one to five people. You talk to the builder, the timeline is weeks, and the price is a fraction of an agency’s because there is no account management layer to fund.
