Case studies
Selected work
Four client projects and two demo pages. Six live links — open any of them in a new tab, which is the point of listing them.
Posteroids has shipped a study web application with a question bank and timed exams (Coaching With Shuja), a B2B storefront for a bulk notebook manufacturer (Hero Notes), a corporate export site for a seventy-year-old leaf trading house (Green Tobacco Pvt Ltd), and an interactive portfolio built as a playable pixel-art campus (KARAR.EXE). All four are live and linked below, alongside two demo pages — Apex Sports and KILN — built on invented brands to show what the studio’s free demo looks like finished.
The four
Coaching With Shuja
A whole tuition business, turned into a product. Topic-wise O-Level and Digital SAT MCQ practice pulled from real past papers, timed exam simulation, and progress tracking that keeps students honest.
Hero Notes
Pakistan’s bulk notebook manufacturer, from Urdu Bazar to the whole country. Six product lines, custom printing, and every path ending in a one-tap WhatsApp quote.
Green Tobacco Pvt Ltd
Seventy years of leaf trading, finally legible to overseas buyers. Grading, traceability and compliance laid out so an importer can decide before they ever land in Lahore.
KARAR.EXE
A pixel-art campus you actually walk around, with mini-games hiding the CV. Proof that “portfolio site” does not have to mean three cards and a PDF.
And two demos you can open
Every engagement starts with a free demo: one real page, on a live link, before an invoice exists. These two are what that looks like when it is finished — built out past the single page, on brands that do not exist. Both say so on themselves, and neither has a client behind it.
Apex Sports
A sports shop built for how Pakistan actually buys: eight sports with football in front, filters that do something, and cash on delivery sitting where the card form usually goes.
KILN
A course institute that does not exist: live cohorts capped at twelve, a first module that plays with no sign-up wall, and a calculator doing the arithmetic every student is already doing in their head.
They are listed apart from the four above because they are a different claim. A case study says a business paid for this and is using it. A demo says only that the studio can build it, which is worth showing and worth not overstating — so the demos get no case study page, no client name and no invented results.
Why the list is short and the links are live
Posteroids started in 2025, so this is a young studio with four published projects rather than forty. Saying so is better than padding the list with concept work and unnamed "confidential clients", which is what a short portfolio usually gets dressed up as.
Every project here names the client and links the live site. You can open them, use them, view the source, and run them through a speed test. That is a stronger claim than a longer list of screenshots would be — and it is the reason the studio offers a free demo page rather than asking anyone to take the portfolio on trust.
Questions people ask
- Can I talk to your past clients?
- Every project listed here names the business and links its live site, so you can see the work directly. For a reference conversation, ask in the brief — it depends on the client’s availability and willingness, and you will get a straight yes or no rather than a stalled promise.
- Why are all your clients Pakistani?
- Because the studio started in Lahore in 2025 and that is where the first clients came from. Two of the four sell primarily to overseas buyers, so the work is already built for international audiences. If you are in the UK or US, the free demo exists precisely so you do not have to weigh that question in the abstract.
- Do you have bigger projects than these?
- These are the projects that are shipped, live and nameable, which is the only kind worth listing. Coaching With Shuja is the largest in scope — a full web application with accounts, a question bank and timed exams.
